Many additional areas of focus have been defined through community input and the work of Catalytix.  The Cape Fear Future Leadership Team will further review these suggestions to determine which are most important and appropriate to achieve the goals of the initiative.

By working toward these enhancements to the region, CFF will help ensure that businesses in the region have skilled workers as the Baby Boomers retire and the younger demographic shrinks, and that the region will be a magnet for knowledge-based businesses.
